A band saw is a power tool that has a long blade shaped like a ribbon or band used to cut wood, most ideally using straight lines. A turner band saw is a brand which functions according to whatever specifications it is made for. Purchasing your turner band saw is just the start   Now that you have it, you must know how to use it.

Never adjust or repair your Turner saw while it is plugged into an outlet. Keep your hands away from the blade's way and always have something to protect your eye and hearing while operating the tool. When you need to adjust your blade guides, always refer to instruction manual. Rotate the upper wheel and keep an eye on the blade as it goes through the upper and lower Turner band saw blades. This should be done with the Turner band saw unplugged at all times.

Ensure that the piece slides between the side and rear guides because getting an accurate cut is not possible once the blade is pushed by one of the guides. You may need to increase tension on the blade if it tends to go to one side when you are cutting after the guides have been adjusted. Increasing tension for thicker wood is possible because a tension setting can be found on the upper wheel of your Turner band saw. 

Adjust the table used for cutting to an angle of 90 degrees from the blade using a square.  One side of the square must be then set flat on the table. After doing this, the square's vertical side must be pushed against the table's flat side. You may now loosen the sets screws of the cutting table and adjust it until you see that the vertical edge of the square is flat against the Turner Band Saw's blade.

Clear the floor near the saw of any clutter, scraps, or anything that could cause you to loose your balance while working on the Turner band saw. It is also required that you have proper lighting over it. In order to be safe, you need to see your Turner band saw blade. This will also ensure that you get accurate with your cutting. Always be careful never to place your hands directly in front of the band saw blade when feeding the material into the tool. Keeping them on either side of the Turner band saw blade ensures safety. Never cut smaller pieces without something to push them into the saw to avoid accidentally hurting yourself. Don't try to bring back the blade while band saw is running. Shut the saw first before removing anything.
